Weeks 1–4

Return to your own rhythm. Establish your life-first framework and redefine what sustainable service looks like before building outward.

The Garden

Weeks 5–8

Design your offerings around your life’s natural flow. Guidance on pricing, structure, and systems—plus hands-on cooking and treatment classes with Morgan to deepen your connection to nourishment as a living practice.

The River

Weeks 9–12

Bring everything into motion. Create repeatable systems, connect with community, and expand into consistent bookings. Your business begins to flow effortlessly and sustainably.

Weeks 13-24

The Living Practice

The second half of Cottage Confluence is a living apprenticeship. You’ll work directly with clients while participating in live, guided case-study reviews with Morgan and your cohort.

A small cohort of diverse practitioners learn together—sharing real-world experiences, reflections, and insight. This is where expertise becomes embodied wisdom.
